How do I make a complaint?

All complaints you may have regarding your policy may be addressed to:

Complaints Department. Insure For Travel Limited. Ground Floor, Sussex Chambers, 5, Liverpool Terrace, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1TA.

Please remember to provide all your policy details and remember to quote your certificate number in order to have a speedy response within 7 days. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 7 working days from date of receipt.

If you are still not satisfied in any way in which your complaint has been handled we ask that you contact the Financial Ombudsman Service Bureau to review your case without prejudice. The address is: The Insurance Ombudsman Bureau, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SR.
